Argento Limone is a small family business overlooking the spectacular Gippsland Lakes. Using traditional methods of production handed down by Italian families for centuries, we produce handcrafted authentic flavours from our home grown orchards.

a family affair
Paul and Kylie first established their property in 2003 after spending time exploring and falling in love with the Gippsland Lakes Region. They have spent many years planting and developing a productive garden overlooking the lake systems that by 2010 was producing enough fruit for distinctively flavoured olive oil and citrus liqueurs.
Argento Limone was gradually developed after time spent in Orvieto, Italy. With the support and contacts of Kylie's parents, relationships were developed with locals who guided them through traditional methods of food and alcohol production. Umbria is renowned for its passion for simple, rustic food and excellent seasonal local produce. Traditional recipes are handed down through generations and Paul and Kylie are very proud to have been entrusted with their own treasured versions.

Our liqueurs are created with citrus fruits grown and picked on our own property in Nungurner, on the East Gippsland Lakes. Every ingredient that we use in our production is locally sourced and fresh.
We enjoy experimenting with recipes and cocktails that feature the distinctive flavours of these special liqueurs. Some of our favourites are featured on the Recipes and Inspiration blog. We look forward to sharing more delicious discoveries with you!
